Had a lovely day today at St Fagans and the Bay the driver was really lovely and friendly, I would recommend that you go to Barry instead of the Bay though not really much to do for 2 and half hours down the bay

We went to bath yesterday for the christmas market. We had a fab day. Our coach driver bryn was lovely and couldnt do enough for us. Would definately go again. See u next year!

We used Phil Anslow on Saturday to take our cwmbran u9s to judgement day in Cardiff. My wife had to change the bus short notice because of a few cancellations. Now normally this would of caused a fuss with other companies but phil anslow simple and politely changes it to a smaller bus. The driver was a very happy and jovial person which made the short trip a happy one and when we realised the roads were all closed off after the game we had a bit of a panic especially with 15 or so kids but the driver actually walked to find us amongst all the chaos of a rugby day in Cardiff. i tip my had to the driver and phil anslow. It’s a shame not all companies were run like this! Thank you.

Regularly travel on the x1 between Brynmawr and Abertillery for work and wouldn’t use anyone else, drivers are polite and friendly and the buses run like clockwork, buses are clean and well presented also. Have also been on one of they’re day trips to Weymouth and the driver was fabulous and made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Top notch company

Bethan Francis and Julia Murray travelled to Seaton and Sidmouth today and had a lovely day from start to finish, A really lovely Company to travel with, The driver looked after us all very well and was very friendly, explaining about the places as we were traveling. Did the Harry Potter Studio Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. The driver, Terry was friendly and professional; a real credit to the company. Will definitely be booking more day trips with you.

5 star luxury travel Travelled as a group on one of the Phil Anslow coaches on 1st August, we were going to The Meadow Farm reserve in Caerphilly for a day out. The driver was polite, helpful and so down to earth. He ensured that we got there and got back home safely. Fantastic driver, the coach was comfortable to travel on and had plenty of storage capacity for the wheelchairs and walking aids and the massive trolley we had to store our lunches in.

Just got back from the day trip to Peppa Pig World. What a great place. Your driver was extremely pleasant & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for him. Can recommend this company.

Booked Phil Anslow to transport guests who had travelled from all over UK at my daughters wedding from Glen yr Afon Hotel to church in Beaufort. The driver gave them a detailed history of the sights on the journey which delighted them, it’s the little touches that make things special thank you

Went on a day trip to Weston super mare☀️�had a fantastic day the driver Stuart was brilliant!…even though we had to wait for 2 ladys he was so apologetic but it wasn’t his fault!…they still never showed!….would most definitely book through this company again thanks for a first class service☀️happy kids�happy mama���!

My daughter left her phone on the bus on Saturday along with her debit card and Id. Contacted the office at 9.00am and by half eleven we had the phone back. Mr Anslow brought it to Bulwark to save us a journey to head office. Very grateful to him as I’m sure not every bus company would be that obliging. Many thanks.

Westen Air show 18th June 2016. Father’s Day present. The trip to Westen Air show was a present for Fathers day and the trip was on 18/6/16 the next day we were going on holiday to Tenby so this is why this review is late. We were to be picked up on Newport Road Pontymister Risca it’s the second pick up in Risca, we were on the bus stop (which right outside our house) and as I have trouble walking my daughter thought the pick up point was perfect, we wait for 1/2 hour no bus and we were on the bus stop well in advance, John rang the company and a very nice gentleman said he would find out what had happened and would ring us back, he rang rang back and said the bus driver of the feeder bus had been up and down a few times we were not on the bus stop, well we were, now it was coming up to an hour late, he said stay where are and the feeder bus would come back which it did, straight away the rude driver said it was not his fault this stop was known as Pontymister not Risca ( please look on a map Pontymister does not appear on any map, yes it’s known as John’s Garage Newport road Pontymister Risca but he never even came down to the end of Newport road where we were now waiting an hour, we got to Forge Lane Bassaleg where the coach was waiting and we thought now we’ll get it in the neck but everybody was were very nice about it including the coach bus driver he apologised about the feeder driver and said just relax and enjoy the trip, we had smashing seats, the only thing was that the people on the feeder bus said he did come down Newport, but he certainly didn’t come down to us. The rest of the trip was fantastic the driver gave us all an extra hour at Westen and said that the owner would be getting in touch with us ,up to now he as not, but we have been a away for 2 weeks. I think Phil Anslow coaches should alter the name of the stop and state that it’s Newport road Pontymister Risca as Risca and Pontymister are all on Newport Road. I doubt this little hiccup will not happen again, as far as Phil Anslow Coach company I think it’s wonderful, very caring staff (except one) and no doubt we be travelling with them again no problem.

A down to earth company run for the benefit of it’s patrons, staff and their community – not simply to line it’s own pockets. Their drivers are friendly, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their passengers feel safe, comfortable and valued. I’m sure the last year or so has been difficult, as it has for everyone, but we all really miss the coach trips and can’t wait for things to get back to normal so we can enjoy them again.

My mother and I went on the day trip to Weymouth, using the company for the first time.
We loved our day out. The bus was new and clean, and we enjoyed the films to watch going and coming home!!
Our driver, Eddie, was very accommodating and friendly. Along with being a good driver!!
We will definitely be booking more trips in the future!!! Xxx
